I got my visa and passport back two days ago, unprecedentedly early for French anything. Now, there is nothing out of my control left to worry about.

I will spend the next 17 days drinking as much ice water as possible, trying to learn French, and hugging as many people as possible because French people just don't hug much and it really bothers me.
